A Baumkuchen Rusk Soaked Through with Nagano Apple Juice and White Chocolate

"Shinshu Ringo Shimishimi" is a rusk made from baumkuchen baked with Nagano-grown apple juice, soaked all the way through with white chocolate.

The baumkuchen's signature layers of batter are baked until fragrant and golden, giving the rusk a light, crisp texture. White chocolate is then soaked into it, layering the apple's refreshing flavor with a milky, mellow taste.

With each bite, the rusk's satisfying crunch meets the smooth melt of the soaked-in white chocolate, and the apple's refreshing flavor spreads through softly.

An Easy-to-Eat, Cute Tetrahedron-Shaped Individual Wrapping

The packaging uses a tetrahedron-shaped individual wrapping, giving each piece a cute, rounded form that's easy to pick up and enjoy.

The rounded triangular shape catches the eye, and since each piece is individually wrapped, it's easy to enjoy one at a time — making it a great gift for family or coworkers. Beyond being easy to share, the design also aims to make opening the box a fun experience.
