New Era, the global sports and lifestyle brand, is opening its fourth store in the Nagoya area — New Era Nagoya Station (NEW ERA® NAGOYA STATION) — on the 7th floor of Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall, directly connected to Nagoya Station, this October.
The store can be entered from two directions, with a wide opening on each side that gives it high visibility from outside and an open, inviting feel. Inside, mortar-textured walls and flooring are paired with wood and stainless steel fixtures, creating a refined space built around a mix of materials. The layout also keeps walkways wide, so shoppers can browse comfortably even with a stroller.
The headwear lineup pairs New Era's standard styles with a curated selection of more fashion-forward pieces. Apparel centers on NEW ERA® BLACK LABEL, the collection exclusive to New Era's directly operated stores, alongside a selection of other carefully chosen items. The store also carries a wide range of accessories for everyday use, from bags to socks and travel goods.
To mark the opening, New Era is releasing two cap designs and a side patch exclusive to New Era Nagoya Station. The coloring is inspired by anbata toast — Nagoya's signature buttered toast topped with sweet red bean paste — and the design incorporates the detailing of a loaf's crust corner.
