Nishi-Atami Golf Course, perched on a hilltop in Atami City with panoramic views of the city and Sagami Bay, is hosting a free family event called "Parent & Child Turf Enjoy Day" on Sunday, August 9, 2026. The evening program is designed to give children who have never played golf a chance to experience the sport, followed by a stargazing class and views of the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival from the restaurant — all at no cost.
As the event runs from late afternoon into the evening, families with concerns about daytime heat can attend comfortably.
