NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO, operated by Nomura Real Estate Hotels, is bringing sake, glassware, and cuisine together for a special Tripling Dinner at its restaurant Bistro NOHGA on Saturday, August 29, 2026. The dinner pairs sake from Gunma Prefecture's long-established Nagai Sake Brewery with glassware selected by Taito-ku's Kimoto Glass.
Under its brand concept of "wonderful experiences born from deep connections with the local community," the hotel has collaborated with Kimoto Glass since it opened in 2018. The resulting Tripling dinners, which systemize the synergy between sake, glass, and food, have drawn a strong following at every edition. "Tripling" is a registered trademark of Kimoto Glass that logically pairs sake, sake glassware, and food.
For this 18th edition, themed around tradition and innovation, the hotel welcomes Noriyoshi Nagai, the sixth-generation head of Nagai Sake Brewery, known for innovative sake such as "MIZUBASHO PURE." The evening will bring together a selection of fine sake, Kimoto Glass's dedicated sake glassware, and a Bistro NOHGA dinner built around seasonal ingredients.
