PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER, the flagship hotel of Phoenix Seagaia Resort (Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. / Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture / President: Shunsuke Yamamoto / hereinafter referred to as Seagaia), is renovating its first-floor cocktail lounge "Pacifica" to reopen as "Ocean45 LOUNGE & BAR" (hereinafter referred to as Ocean45) on March 13, 2026 (Friday).
With the design concept "Pacific Sanctuary - A Haven of Peace," the lounge offers an open space created by vast atriums, serving a wide range of beverages including handcrafted mint mojitos, sommelier-selected wines, non-alcoholic cocktails, and soft drinks. The venue transforms into a lobby lounge that accompanies various scenes of resort stays.

With those thoughts held more than 30 years ago, the venue revives on this land of Seagaia as "Ocean45." Only by looking back on the past can people truly become adults. It aspires to be a place where such adults gather, converse, and spend time quietly.

Renewal Concept
A place where travelers, having spent time as they wished, head to for a moment of rest and relaxation.
The design features lightweight and comfortable outdoor furniture, and rich plantings combining various high-quality resort tree species. Renewed with a design that allows relaxation in a garden surrounded by tropical plants. The atrium art expresses rain, waterfalls, and the sparkle of light, gently showering nature's blessings into the space.
With a drink in hand after meals, the venue delivers a special time where the heart settles with gentle afterglow.

Ahead of Ocean45's opening, a special event will be held.
Executive Chef Pâtissier Masato Hiyoshi, a pastry chef taking his first steps as a sommelier, has selected wines and sweets with a "New World" theme. Additionally, Chef Pâtissier/Boulanger Katsunori Fujita, who holds a Cheese Professional certification, has carefully selected cheeses to offer in a pairing course format.
