A new combo ticket for two of northern Okinawa's major attractions — Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and JUNGLIA OKINAWA — went on sale on March 30, 2026. The ticket is designed to make it easier and more affordable to visit both facilities in a single trip.
Northern Okinawa has long been popular as a multi-venue touring destination, with the "sea and forest" circuit being one of its most established itineraries. The two venues are located approximately 30 minutes apart by car, making a same-day visit a natural fit. In response to requests from many visitors for a more cost-effective and convenient way to enjoy both attractions, Japan Entertainment has launched this combo ticket in partnership with the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.
The suggested model course is to spend the morning at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which showcases the diverse marine life nurtured by Okinawa's ocean, and then head to JUNGLIA OKINAWA in the afternoon to experience the subtropical wilderness of Yanbaru through its thrill rides and relaxing spa facilities.
JUNGLIA OKINAWA is a theme park set against the sweeping natural scenery of Yanbaru, a UNESCO World Heritage site in northern Okinawa. The park opened on July 25, 2025.
This initiative is supported by the Okinawa Yanbaru DMO, a tourism promotion organization established through the collaboration of 12 municipalities in northern Okinawa. Both the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium (operated by the General Foundation of Okinawa Chura-Shima Foundation) and Japan Entertainment serve as board members of the DMO, which works alongside local governments, tourism associations, businesses, and universities to address issues related to transportation and touring in the region.
