The 19th-floor LOUNGE PLUS at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel (Abeno-ku, Osaka) will serve the seasonal "Parfait Fraise" from March 1 (Sun) to May 31 (Sun), 2026. Over the three-month period, the parfait highlights a different carefully selected seasonal strawberry variety each month, allowing visitors to savor the individual character of each variety's sweetness, aroma, acidity, and texture.
The parfait is topped with strawberry ice cream, custard, and a tart adorned with fresh strawberries. Inside the glass, layers of sweet-and-sour strawberry sauce, smooth panna cotta, crunchy almond crumble, strawberry compote, and jelly are stacked in sequence. The rich fragrance and sweetness of the strawberries, combined with the contrast of crispy and silky textures, create a multi-layered sensory experience.
