The dinner buffet brings together a wide variety of unagi (freshwater eel) dishes — from classic kabayaki (sweet soy-glazed grilled eel) and shirayaki (salt-grilled eel) to creative arrangements unique to Pine Terrace — making it an ideal way to build stamina for the approaching summer season.

A Diverse Lineup of Japanese and Western Unagi Dishes
The buffet lineup includes Pine Terrace's own creative takes on eel, such as "uzaku" (eel with mozuku seaweed in rice vinegar) and a pizza topped with kabayaki eel and scrambled eggs. Tempura and refreshing small plates round out the selection, spanning both traditional Japanese preparations and Western-inspired variations.
Build Your Own "Mini Unagi-Don"
At the hand-rolled sushi corner, kabayaki eel is available alongside more than 10 other toppings. Piling eel, kinshi-tamago (shredded egg crêpe), or other favorites over a bowl of rice creates a personalized mini unagi-don — one of the more hands-on highlights of the buffet.
