The first-floor French restaurant Gramercy Suite at Strings Hotel Nagoya, which has just celebrated its 10th anniversary, is set for a grand renewal opening on July 1, 2026 (Wednesday). To mark the occasion, the restaurant's beloved Otona no Gohobi Parfait (Adult Reward Parfait) series introduces its 72nd installment: "Otona no Gohobi Parfait: Juicy Peach." This seasonal treat will be available for a limited time from July 10 (Friday) to September 10 (Thursday), 2026, featuring fresh-season peaches paired with sparkling jelly that brings a refreshing touch of summer to every layer.
The parfait is a visually striking, two-tier creation. The upper portion is crowned with a peach macaron and langue de chat alongside a shimmering sugar candy art piece. Layers of mascarpone cream and white chocolate mousse, combined with sucre and berry crunch, deliver a rich and indulgent depth of flavor. The lower portion reveals a juicy peach compote and a lightly effervescent peach sparkling jelly, capturing summer's refreshing character. Each spoonful leads to sweet-tart raspberry and a concentrated peach fruit sauce, ensuring every bite through to the very last is a celebration of seasonal peach.
