Bar Granada at Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to Launch Seasonal Cocktail "Temarikusa"

Bar Granada, located on the basement level of Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto, will serve its third seasonal cocktail of 2026, "Temarikusa," from May 1 (Friday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2026.

"Temarikusa" is a visually striking cocktail featuring a vivid blue hue with a sweet, tropical flavor. For this seasonal offering, the cocktail has been reimagined as a jelly creation. Fruit liqueur set in jelly form is arranged in a glass, and sparkling wine is poured over it just before serving, achieving a smooth, jelly-like texture harmonized with fine bubbles. On the palate, the gentle sweetness and fruity aroma of the jelly unfold first, followed by the refreshing acidity and crisp finish of the sparkling wine.

Much like hydrangeas blooming between rainy days, "Temarikusa" is crafted to gently refresh the spirit during the early summer season.
