RINGO, the freshly baked custard apple pie specialty shop, is adding two new summer fruit pies to its lineup. The "Freshly Baked Open Pie [Mango]" and "Freshly Baked Open Pie [Cherry]" will go on sale at all permanent RINGO locations in Japan from May 15, 2026 (Friday).

Unlike RINGO's signature globe-shaped pies that wrap the filling inside the pastry, these new creations use an open style — the pastry acts as a base, with the fruit filling displayed on top. The format was chosen to let the fruit shine directly, both visually and aromatically. The two pies bring a burst of early summer color: the deep golden tones of mango and the vivid red of cherry.
