Pastry Executive Chef Richard Long has crafted an afternoon tea menu inspired by Moroccan coffee culture, pairing Bacha Coffee beans of his selection with ingredients sourced from across Kyushu — including Yame matcha, Fukuoka apricot, Miyazaki hyuganatsu citrus, Kumamoto blueberry, and vanilla.

The Lobby Lounge & Bar is offering hand-drip Bacha Coffee during the same period. Made using 100% Arabica beans, each cup is brewed individually. The lounge also serves local beverages including Kyushu teas and whisky, along with food options such as a kabosu cheesecake and a katsu sandwich featuring locally sourced Higo Asobi pork. During sunset hours, guests can enjoy their coffee with views over Hakata Bay.
