The limited-time menu blends the Mediterranean's rich food culture with ingredients distinct to Okinawa, offering a seasonal taste available only this autumn at THE 7th TERRACE RYUKYU.

During September, the weekday-only lunch set offers a choice of one main, including a fragrantly seared Yanbaru Herb Chicken Poêlé, Basque Style; springy Tagliatelle built on the savory depth of bacon and clams; and Grilled Chura-buta Pork Sausage with a deep, rich squid ink curry.

Weekday Prix Fixe Buffet (90-Minute Session)
Seven kinds of appetizers are on offer, including a chicken and eggplant marinade, a dish pairing rosemary-roasted kabocha and sweet potato with crispy bacon, and a taco bar. Guests choose their main from four options, such as Salmon à la Plancha with Spanish-Style Braised Vegetables and Beef à la Plancha with Herb Garlic.

The weekend-only lunch buffet brings the energy of a live kitchen, including sushi hand-pressed to order by craftsmen from Sushi "Ryukai," mushroom cream spaghetti finished with Grana Padano cheese, Tokachi pork bowl grilled on an iron plate, and juicy roast beef, all available to enjoy freely.
