Crafted with seasonal fruits, each dish brings cool elegance to Okinawa's hottest months.
In conjunction with the shaved ice menu, the restaurant is introducing a special summer tea time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (last order 5:30 PM) — a relaxed break for shoppers and sightseers exploring the area.
Shine Muscat Shaved Ice — ¥2,000

An elegant shaved ice topped with generous Shine Muscat grapes and a fromage blanc cream. A refreshing yogurt sherbet hidden inside adds a light tartness that carries through to the last bite, much like a parfait.
Mango Shaved Ice — ¥1,800

Generous mango flesh is layered over softly melting shaved ice and finished with a homemade mango sauce. The deep, fruity sweetness comes through in every spoonful, making for a quality hotel-style dessert.
Strawberry Milk Zenzai Shaved Ice — ¥1,800

A refined hotel take on zenzai, the beloved Okinawan local sweet. Strawberry and rich condensed milk are paired with gently sweet kintoki beans, creating a dessert that feels both nostalgic and sophisticated.
