Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a dynamic luxury hotel rising above the bustling cityscape, announces the launch of its Sakura Sweets & Bread Selection at Fiorentina Pastry Boutique. The limited-time collection will be available from March 15 (Sunday) to April 15 (Wednesday), 2026, coinciding with the peak cherry blossom season in central Tokyo.

This year's collection features six varieties of sakura sweets and two types of sakura anpan (sweet buns). Among the new creations, the Sakura Tiramisu stands out as an elegant centerpiece, showcasing fresh strawberries and gold leaf encased in a beautiful jelly layer. The dessert offers a rich harmony of delicate sakura fragrance, sweet-tart strawberries, and deep tiramisu cream. Another new addition is the macaron assortment, perfect for gifting, featuring a beautiful marble pattern of sakura pink and white, filled with three flavors: sakura, strawberry, and vanilla. The collection also includes the return of the popular Grand Premium Shortcake Sakura edition, made with premium ingredients including Tahitian vanilla beans considered to be of the highest quality and Jersey cream, elevated to a superior level of taste. Additionally, the selection offers an approximately 30cm-long sakura eclair filled generously with sweet-and-tart strawberry jam, bittersweet matcha cream, and sakura whipped cream, as well as icing cookies hand-decorated with cherry blossom designs, making them suitable gifts for the graduation and enrollment season.

From the bakery section, two types of sakura anpan are available, offering a gentle sweetness from sakura bean paste. These breads capture the nostalgic flavor of sakura bean paste while presenting a refined, hotel-quality taste, making them ideal for home enjoyment or as gifts.
