SALON BAKE & TEA and Sweets Prince Ide-kun Team Up for Winter "Ribbon Season" Afternoon Tea and Parfaits

SALON BAKE & TEA, a salon de thé-style restaurant serving seasonal sweets, is launching the Special Winter Collection "Ribbon Season," a collaboration with sweets producer Sweets Prince Ide-kun and the first between the two. The collection runs from Wednesday, November 4 to Sunday, December 27, 2026, at the NEWoMan Shinjuku and atre Ebisu locations.

Special Winter Collection "Ribbon Season"

Special Winter Collection

This winter-only collection expresses, through afternoon tea and parfaits, the message "you are special" that is carried by the ribbon wrapped around a gift. The Shinjuku location presents a bright world built around pink and red, while the Ebisu location offers an elegant world of light blue and white accented with champagne gold.

It is designed as a reward for yourself after a hard year, or for a special moment with someone you care about. The sweets aim to capture the thrill of untying a ribbon and to tie together sweet, beautiful memories.

Bringing Smiles to More People Through Sweets

Sweets from the Ribbon Season collaboration

Ribbon Season collaboration sweets

The collaboration began when the thoughts of two parties overlapped: Ide-kun, who has been involved in developing many products as a sweets producer, and SALON BAKE & TEA, which has delivered memorable experiences through sweets.

One of the triggers was a conviction Ide-kun felt anew while working with students aspiring to become pâtissiers: "sweets have the power to loosen people's hearts and bring out smiles." Together with the pâtissiers of SALON BAKE & TEA, that conviction was shaped into a single sweets experience.

Ide-kun's delicate and gorgeous vision of ribbons has been turned into an experience that can be enjoyed through aroma, flavor, and texture. Through repeated brainstorming with the pâtissiers, the team paid attention to every detail, including the beautiful curves of the ribbons, the balance of sweetness and aroma, and the surprise at the moment the dish arrives at the table.

The aim is not only "beauty that makes you want to take a photo" but also "deliciousness you will remember." The result is a collection unique to SALON BAKE & TEA x Sweets Prince Ide-kun.
