Drawing out aroma and richness from water, which extracts less easily than hot water
The compounds responsible for coffee's aroma and flavor are typically extracted quickly using hot water.
That means simply pouring water over a standard drip bag isn't enough to draw out the aroma and richness needed for iced coffee.

How to brew
- Add ice to a glass or cup and set the drip bag in place.
- Pour water over the bag slowly, in two or three additions.
- Once brewing is finished, remove the drip bag and stir well.
