To welcome the summer season, the café has prepared sweets and bakery items inspired by tropical fruits evoking an Asian resort, including mango, lychee, and pineapple. Monthly Sweets
Passion Almond Jelly — ¥950
A refreshing glass dessert with the light fragrance of tropical fruit and almond. Layers of lime jelly, almond blancmange, and tropical jelly are topped with pineapple and mango flesh. Each spoonful brings a sense of tropical scenery.
Giorno — ¥950
A glossy yellow mousse designed to evoke the brightness of the sun. Mango mousse is layered on a tart base, with mango jelly and a hint of cassis tartness inside. A bright, refreshing flavor that feels like being wrapped in sunlight.
Mango Lychee — ¥950
A vibrant tropical cake starring mango and lychee. Layers of mango mousse, mango jelly, and lychee mousse are stacked on a coconut dacquoise base, topped with colorful fruit. A vivid, tropical sweet that captures the feeling of summer sunshine.

Every Friday, the casual dining venue "Galleria Café" (Hotel 1F) hosts the "Friday Sweets Buffet." The lineup includes mini-sized versions of the three monthly sweets sold at Tostina, along with a rich variety of hotel-made sweets, bakery items, and savories such as sandwiches.
