JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo (located in Sapporo, Hokkaido; General Manager: Takayuki Kato) is hosting a restaurant fair called "Summer Table" at three of its in-house restaurants from Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, August 31, 2026. The fair features colorful, seasonally inspired menus incorporating fresh ingredients, seasonal produce, and fruits unique to summer.
Through vibrant Western cuisine, Chinese dishes, and fruit-forward sweets, the fair showcases the flavors of summer across the hotel's venues.
Summer Table Panorama Buffet — SKY J (35F, Restaurant & Bar)
At "SKY J," the 35th-floor restaurant and bar, head chef demonstrates tableside cooking with the Herb-Raised Pork Roast from Makkari — herb-fed pork from Makkari, roasted to a golden finish and served with a caper-lemon sauce. The buffet lineup also includes Colorful Tomato and Campari Aspic with Basil and Prosciutto Sauce — a vibrant combination of mini tomatoes, grapefruit, mozzarella, and consommé jelly — along with Cold Tantanmen Noodles in 糀 (koji) milk broth, and a variety of other dishes.
Summer Table Panorama Buffet
A lunch buffet featuring fragrant grilled dishes, refreshing appetizers, spice-accented cuisine, and patissier-crafted sweets — all enjoyed alongside sweeping panoramic views from 150 meters above ground.

Domestic Eel Rice Bowl — Sky Restaurant Tanchou (35F)
The adjacent sky restaurant "丹頂 (Tanchou)" is offering a lunch-exclusive Domestic Eel Rice Bowl (国産うなぎ重). A whole domestic eel is steamed until tender and then grilled to a fragrant finish, served over rice in a lacquered box. With broth added at the table, it can also be enjoyed hitsumabushi-style.
