Shimokitazawa Reload, operated by GREENING Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masato Sekiguchi) and located in the Shimokita Line Street area, will collaborate with Vantan Design Institute—a fashion, hair and makeup, graphic design, and film school operated by VANTAN Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryosuke Kimura)—to host a pop-up event featuring current students from February 13 (Friday) to February 16 (Monday), 2026.
This event will exclusively feature student brands from the Fashion Produce major who have won the in-school presentation competition. Shimokitazawa is a district where vintage clothing stores, general merchandise shops, live music venues, and theaters converge, creating an intersection of diverse creative cultures including fashion, art, and music. Through this industry-academia collaboration between Reload—positioned as a cultural hub in this creative district—and Vantan Design Institute, which nurtures next-generation talent, this event has come to fruition.

"A place where people and people, things and things, time and time intersect. Those gathering on this day are brands and creators, each with their own thoughts and stories. Though their backgrounds and journeys differ, by sharing the same space and the same day, something new might be born. We named it after a 'rotary,' a place where different paths momentarily converge. Whether you come to buy, to talk, or just to pass through—we'd be happy if you could visit us with that casual feeling."

About Shimokitazawa Reload
Opened on June 16, 2021, between Shimokitazawa and Higashi-Kitazawa stations.
A unique "individual shop street" that co-creates new Shimokita culture with a diverse group of partners from a place resembling back alleys, with the concepts of circulation and lingering. The venue features unique tenants including "OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY SHIMOKITAZAWA," an experiential beans salon from a Kyoto coffee roaster; "Shimokita Saen Oyama," a Japanese tea specialty shop run by the Oyama brothers, tenth-degree tea masters who have operated in Shimokitazawa for 56 years; and "Tokyo Vegan Bakes," which delivers new choices kind to people, animals, and the planet.
