Cat-Themed Works From Over 20 Artists Gather at "Shinjuku Nyaa Haku" — Starting August 5

August 8 is celebrated internationally as World Cat Day, a day set aside to deepen understanding of cats and reflect on their welfare and protection.

The event space on the 7th floor of Odakyu Department Store Shinjuku is hosting "Shinjuku Nyaa Haku" from Wednesday, August 5 through Monday, August 10. More than 20 artists will take part, selling art pieces, miscellaneous goods, accessories, and apparel overflowing with love for cats. As a festival by cat lovers, for cat lovers, the event brings together an array of cat-themed art. During the event, a purchase gift campaign will also be held, offering an original hand fan and sticker to shoppers.

Purchase Gift Campaign

During the event, the first 100 customers each day who spend ¥3,000 (tax included) or more on a single receipt will receive an original hand fan illustrated by Maiko Kawakami (one per person). In addition, the first 2,000 customers who make a purchase during the event will receive an original sticker illustrated by Maiko Kawakami (one per person).
