Shogetsu Grand Hotel in Jozankei Onsen, Sapporo has announced a special limited plan for guests considering a stay during the early Golden Week period. With reservations for May 3 to 5 at their peak, the hotel has put together a discounted option for those who can travel from April 26 to 30. Koi streamers are also on display near some rooms through May 10.
Spring Thanksgiving Special: Early Golden Week Stay Plan (April 26–30)
The plan, titled "Spring Thanksgiving Festival — Stay Smart During Early GW! Room Type Surprise × Signature Japanese Kaiseki 'Kin no Tsuki'", offers guests a discounted rate in exchange for leaving the room type up to the hotel. It is paired with the hotel's signature Japanese kaiseki dinner course, "Kin no Tsuki" (金の月).
Because room availability is limited, the hotel recommends booking early. Reservations close on April 20 (Monday).
The hotel also offers a private bath, "Meiso no Yu" (瞑想の湯), available at an additional charge. Advance reservations are 3,300 yen for 50 minutes; same-day reservations are 4,400 yen.
