SORANO HOTEL in Tachikawa, Tokyo is introducing new summer menus at both its rooftop bar and main dining restaurant starting June 1, 2026. Centered around a "well-being" philosophy, the seasonal offerings draw on local ingredients from the Tachikawa and Tama areas to bring resort-style dining to the heart of the city.
Summer Italian Course at the Rooftop Bar
The hotel's top-floor SORANO ROOFTOP BAR offers a summer-exclusive Italian course alongside new sweets menus, set against sweeping views of Showa Memorial Park through the infinity pool.
"Festa Italiana – Estate –" (Lunch ¥6,380 / Dinner ¥9,900, tax included)

Inspired by a Mediterranean summer, the course features cold capellini, cucumber gazpacho, and black breadcrumb-crusted lamb chops with sautéed summer vegetables. The dinner course adds squid ripienio and petits fours for a more festive sunset dining experience. Both lunch and dinner allow an upgrade to beef fillet rôti for an additional charge.

A beautifully arranged dessert plate with mango as the centerpiece, accompanied by a glass dessert and petits fours. Comes with two drinks of your choice, including TWG tea or fair-trade coffee.

The main dining venue DAICHINO RESTAURANT introduces summer-limited Japanese menus using produce from the Tachikawa and Tama regions, homemade ingredients, housemade condiments, and seasonal seafood.
"DAICHINO Course" Dinner (from ¥13,200 per person, tax included)

The course presents visually refreshing summer dishes, including thinly sliced Okutama-raised yamame (cherry salmon) sashimi and squid-and-okra hydrangea temari balls, alongside charcoal-grilled Goto beef, seasonal isaki (grunt fish), and vibrant summer vegetables. Fish, meat, and noodle dishes can be upgraded for an additional charge.
