The Italian Grill "Melodia," located on the 26th floor of Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental—a luxury hotel directly connected to Shinagawa Station with views over Tokyo—is introducing a new seasonal lunch buffet built around the flavors of summer. The semi-lunch buffet "Summer Vivace" runs from July 16 to September 15, 2026, giving guests the chance to enjoy one main course of their choice from six options, along with a buffet-style spread of antipasti and desserts.

The menu features main dishes made generously with seasonal ingredients, a colorful antipasti selection built around summer vegetables, and a dessert spread loaded with juicy summer fruit such as mango, dragon fruit and peach. Each bite offers a refreshing texture and aroma that captures the bounty of summer.

Melodia's open, seven-story atrium space provides the setting for a refreshing summer lunch.
