Tokyo Dome Hotel Launches 26th Anniversary Cake "Jardin de Fruits" — Limited to 10 Per Day

Starting June 1, 2026, the 1F Lobby Lounge "Garden Terrace" at Tokyo Dome Hotel in Bunkyo, Tokyo, will offer a 26th anniversary cake called "Jardin de Fruits" — French for "Garden of Fruits." Crafted by the hotel's Chef de Pâtissier, the cake is limited to just 10 units per day.

"Jardin de Fruits" centers on a fluffy sponge shortcake base layered with strawberry cream, then adorned with an arrangement of colorful fruits: melon, mango, Shine Muscat grapes, blueberries, white peach, and strawberries. Finger biscuits encircle the outside, completing a cake that is as visually striking as it is refreshing.

Inspired by the elegance of a white swan, "Le cygne" wraps a white peach compote, jasmine tea gelée, cream cheese brûlée, and raspberry sauce in a white peach mousse. A sablé base adds a satisfying crunch to the otherwise creamy and smooth dessert.

Miyazaki Mango Roll

Using fragrant, melt-in-your-mouth mangoes from Miyazaki Prefecture, this roll cake pairs the fruit with lightly sweetened fresh cream wrapped in a soft, airy sponge. The moist texture and natural sweetness of the mango make it a standout seasonal treat.
