Loquat or Melon? Summer Sparkling Fizz Cocktails at The Tokyo Station Hotel

Bar & Café Camellia at The Tokyo Station Hotel is offering two limited-time summer cocktails — a loquat sparkling fizz and a melon sparkling fizz — available from June 1 through July 31, 2026. Each drink makes generous use of seasonal fruit to create an elegant pairing with champagne, designed to refresh guests during the summer heat.

Guests who prefer non-alcoholic options can request a mocktail. The bartender will craft a made-to-order drink based on the guest's mood and preferences on the day.

Loquat Sparkling Fizz

Ingredients: Loquat, dark rum, brandy, loquat juice, champagne

Loquat's delicate flavor makes it a rare sight in cocktails. This drink uses loquat from the Minamiboso region, combining loquat compote and 100% loquat juice, with dark rum added to bring depth to the flavor. Champagne is then incorporated to lift the fruit's rich sweetness and fruity aroma into a light, elegant finish. Blended smooth while retaining a subtle texture from the fruit flesh, this cocktail suits both before and during a meal.

Melon Sparkling Fizz

Ingredients: Fresh melon, champagne, melonade, muscat juice

This champagne cocktail makes full use of summer's quintessential fruit, melon, blending it generously to create what could be described as a "drinkable melon." Fresh melon is carefully blended with the rich aroma of melon liqueur and champagne, resulting in a smooth, fruit-forward drink that is refined and refreshing. It also works well as a dessert cocktail enjoyed after a meal.
