A spectacular projection mapping event will illuminate the historic Tsuruga Castle in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture from October 3-5, 2025. This marks the first projection mapping show at the castle in six years, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the castle keep's reconstruction.

The "Tsuruga Castle Projection Mapping 2025" will transform the iconic castle with stunning digital animations featuring traditional Aizu culture. The projections will showcase:

Access and Parking
Due to safety considerations, the castle park's regular parking may be unavailable during the event. Alternative parking options include:
- East Gate Parking: 130 spaces
- Former Athletic Field Temporary Parking: 400 spaces
- Former Prefectural Hospital Site Temporary Parking: 350 spaces (Free)
Other parking areas require fees. The West Demaru parking area will be closed during event hours (5:00 PM - 9:30 PM).
Note: Entry to the event venue is restricted to designated entrances only for safety reasons.
Visitor Guidelines
- Exercise caution when walking at night
- Photography and video recording are permitted with restrictions:
- No flash photography or drone filming
- No tripod use in crowded front areas for extended periods
- Use silent shooting mode or avoid continuous shooting in crowded areas
- Video recording recommended for smartphones due to fast-moving projections
- Tripod height limited to photographer's head height (excluding official staff)
- No elevated platforms or ladders for photography
