Japanese Restaurant Ren: "Tuna Kaiseki"
A two-day special kaiseki course centered entirely around tuna is available at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, Ren. The course showcases hon-maguro and minami-maguro (Pacific bluefin and Southern bluefin tuna) prepared in multiple ways.

Japanese Restaurant Ren: "Sakura and Matcha Afternoon Tea" (First-Ever This Spring)

Ren is holding its first-ever Japanese-style afternoon tea, themed around sakura (cherry blossom) and matcha. The set combines Japanese sweets with seasonal appetizers, tempura, and temari sushi, offering a blend of tradition and playful flavors.

Teppanyaki Shimotsuke: "Spring Fair – A Moment on the Teppan"

A special teppanyaki steak course featuring Tochigi Wagyu beef is available at the hotel's teppanyaki restaurant, Shimotsuke. Chefs prepare the seasonal ingredients right in front of guests on a live teppan grill.
