Vincent Guerlais Biscuits Français (ヴァンサン ゲルレ ビスキュイ フランセ), a patisserie headquartered in Nantes, France, will open its first permanent shop in Tokyo on Wednesday, December 2, 2026. The shop will be in the Western Confectionery Section (洋菓子売場) on the first basement floor of Isetan Shinjuku.
At Isetan Shinjuku, sweets finished in the in-store kitchen will be lined up at the counter, baked fresh every day. The shop will bring the baked sweets of chef Vincent Guerlais, which reflect the traditions of Nantes and a commitment to quality ingredients, to Tokyo. They are suited to gifts for special occasions as well as to everyday moments.

Chef's Visit to Japan
To mark the opening, Vincent Guerlais will travel to Japan from France. He is scheduled to greet customers at the Isetan Shinjuku shop on the following dates.

Product Lineup
All products are sold only at the Isetan Shinjuku shop. The lineup varies by season. Prices include tax.
Petit Marron (プティマロ): ¥864 each, all flavors
A baked sweet in which a cute shape and the refined flavors of its ingredients come together. Sauce is poured into a round, chestnut-shaped dough for an elegant look. It is a special sweet to add a touch of elegance to a leisurely tea time.
Flavors: chocolate, raspberry, caramel
Brownie: ¥756 each
A moist brownie with a rich cacao flavor. Caramel, pecans, and gianduja are generously added to bring out the best of the ingredients and create a full-bodied taste.
Biscuit Sandwich (ビスキュイサンド): ¥378 each
Crisp, pleasantly textured biscuits sandwiching carefully chosen creams and flavors. Seasonal flavors available only at Isetan Shinjuku also appear once every two months.

Brioche
A traditional French pastry with a rich butter aroma and a fluffy texture. The flavors of the ingredients spread through the mouth.
Brioche Exotique (ブリオッシュ エキゾチック): ¥756 each
Fluffy, rich brioche dough generously topped with a thick, sweet-and-tart mango cream, so that the dough and cream can be enjoyed together.
Brioche Chocolat (ブリオッシュショコラ): ¥864 each
Fluffy, fragrant chocolate brioche dough filled with plenty of rich, smooth chocolate cream. The crunchy crumble adds a pleasant texture, making it a treat for chocolate lovers.
Seasonal Item: ¥540 each
A seasonal sweet that appears every two to three months, exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku. From December 2026 to February 2027, the shop will offer Kouign-Amann Framboise & Cassis (クイニーアマン フランボワーズ＆カシス), which encloses a sweet-and-tart berry filling in rich butter dough.
