The Valentine's collection is designed with wishes for lasting happiness. The soufflé chocolat features light soufflé cake layered with ganache in three distinct flavors. "Noir" combines bitter chocolate with a hint of orange fragrance, while "Vert" offers a rich aftertaste of coffee and pistachio. "Ruby" brings together ruby chocolate with berry acidity. Additionally, the lip-shaped chocolate "Lèvre Coloré" presents four flavors in one box: damask rose with red berries, bergamot with Chartreuse liqueur ganache, pineapple with jasmine, and red shiso with cassis are concentrated in each piece. The terrine chocolat, infused with the aroma of Tonka beans, features smooth texture baked at low temperature with added crunch, making it an ideal gift.
