The set is offered Monday through Friday (including holidays) from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM (last order 5:00 PM), and is available by reservation only.

An upgrade option is also available: for an additional ¥8,580 (tax included, service charge extra), guests can add the steak set "Taste of New York"—a 330g bone-in aged sirloin steak served with mashed potatoes and cream spinach.

About Wolfgang's Steakhouse
Wolfgang's Steakhouse uses only USDA Prime-grade beef—the top rating issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Sourced chilled rather than frozen, the beef is dry-aged for 28 days in a dedicated on-site aging chamber under carefully controlled temperature and humidity. The resulting thick-cut steak develops concentrated umami and tenderness, then gets seared at 900°C and served directly to the table on the same plate.
