Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu (Minato Mirai, Yokohama City, Nishi-ku; General Manager Shingo Yagi) will host a special dinner event "Kanagawa no Megumi – Haru no Kyoen" (Kanagawa's Blessings – Spring Feast) on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Since its opening in 1997, Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu has maintained an unwavering commitment to "food." As the hotel celebrates its 28th anniversary and looks ahead to its 30th anniversary in 2027, all chefs from every restaurant in the hotel will come together to create a special one-night-only course using Kanagawa's abundant seasonal ingredients.

This marks the hotel's first event of this scale in four years, with "Spring" as its theme. Guests will enjoy the taste of spring through local ingredients, accompanied by performances from a Kanagawa-based taiko drum troupe, creating a culinary experience unique to Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu.
