CEO Comments

Yokohama Vanilla Co., Ltd. CEO Yuto Takahashi

Yokohama Vanilla is heading to Hokkaido next!

I've visited for work many times before, so I'm really excited since it's a place with deep personal meaning.

I'm planning to hold the "Yokohama Vanilla Championship" in Hokkaido too, so I'm researching tourist spots. But what I want to do most when I go to Hokkaido is eat asparagus (laughs).

I've had it before and it was absolutely delicious, so I'm going to make eating asparagus a requirement for dinner!

It's a competitive area for gift sweets, so I'm very nervous, but I'll be aggressively promoting Yokohama Vanilla so people in Hokkaido will remember our taste and name!

Yokohama Vanilla in Hokkaido too!!!

Yokohama Vanilla is finally coming to our store!

We've received so many customer inquiries asking when Yokohama Vanilla would arrive, so I'm sure many customers will be delighted.

As the person in charge, I'm already getting excited!

These vanilla financiers use 100% domestically produced wheat flour. Carefully baked with a moist interior and crispy exterior. Using the latest tunnel oven with precisely controlled settings, they're baked at high temperature for a short time, sealing in moisture, vanilla, and deliciousness. Finally, rock salt is carefully sprinkled on each piece by hand, completing Yokohama Vanilla's signature "Salted Vanilla Financiers."

This product was certified by Guinness World Records™ in February 2025. As the flagship product representing the Yokohama Vanilla brand and the company, it aims to become a new standard for Yokohama gift sweets.

The second installment of Yokohama Vanilla's gift sweets collection, with the concept of "Premium bite-sized treats to casually share."

The main attraction is the contrasting new texture created through precise temperature control. First, take a bite and the delicately baked sable "crumbles" gently, followed immediately by the rich special vanilla chocolate cream that "melts" smoothly. Finally, sprinkled Andes pink rock salt sharply accentuates the flavor, leaving a deep aftertaste.

Combined with the rich aroma of natural bourbon vanilla extract used generously, everything harmoniously melts together on your tongue for a truly blissful experience.
