This summer, BAKE CHEESE TART introduces a peach yogurt-style cheese tart that's equally enjoyable fresh from the oven or chilled. The tart balances the sweet, juicy flavor of peach with a mild yogurt tang, creating a light and refreshing summer treat.
When refrigerated, the peach becomes juicier and the mousse firms up into a dense, baked-cheesecake-like texture. When frozen, the peach takes on a sherbet-like crunch while the mousse turns into a rich, ice cream-style consistency. Two distinct ways to enjoy — one tart.
