3. Coffee Jelly Soy Milk Soft Serve (¥700)
A little bitter, wonderfully smooth. This indulgent dessert layers Gokayama Tofu's signature smooth "soy milk soft serve" generously over slightly bitter coffee jelly, combining the jelly's silky texture with the soft serve's creaminess for a treat that brings joy to the very last bite.
