About Chunchundo
Chunchundo is a Japanese sweets brand that celebrates Sendai's traditions and local culture. Drawing inspiration from the Date clan's family crest "bamboo and sparrow" and the city's beloved traditional "Suzume Odori" (sparrow dance), the brand has made the sparrow its central motif. Its signature items include the "Sendai Suzume Manju," cute sparrow-shaped mochi buns, as well as "Sendai Musume Suzume Monaka." These products have found fans among both tourists visiting Sendai and locals alike.

Featured Product: Sendai Suzume Manju (Set of 3 Varieties)
The Sendai Suzume Manju features a chewy mochi dough made with tapioca flour, available in three flavors: skinless smooth red bean paste, zunda (edamame paste), and custard. Each set contains 5 pieces per flavor (15 pieces total), making it a great choice for souvenirs, gifts, or to enjoy with tea.

Opening Special
To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers who spend ¥2,000 or more (tax included) will receive an original Chunchundo pouch as a gift.
Note: The benefit details are subject to change.
