The Edogawa Matsudo Flower Line Spring Flower Festival is coming to the Edogawa riverbank in Matsudo City on May 30, 2026. The poppy flower field has been cultivated through the joint efforts of flower volunteers, local nurseries, kindergartens, and neighborhood residents.

The festival features more than 30 booths, including a petting zoo, food stalls, food trucks, paper theater performances, drone flying experiences, firefighter uniform try-ons, fire truck exhibitions, dog shows, and dinosaur races. Stage events are also planned, featuring POPS music, balloon art, loach scooping, kids' dance, and taiko drumming — all set against a backdrop of fully bloomed poppies.
