As the summer heat fades, the breeze through the forest and the clear autumn air signal the arrival of the season. Resol no Mori is hosting "AUTUMN FOREST FAIR" for guests to fully enjoy autumn-only moments surrounded by rich nature.
The fair features outdoor cooking programs where guests bake moon-viewing dango inspired by the harvest moon, along with pumpkin pie, baumkuchen, and herb-scented sausages, all toasted over an open fire until fragrant. Guests can also enjoy hands-on workshops that connect them with the blessings of the forest and the local area, such as making peanut butter from peanuts grown in Yachimata, Chiba, and making herb oil from rosemary harvested at Resol no Mori. By the water, season-only activities await, including "BIG SUP Cruising," a leisurely paddle across the water while taking in the autumn forest, and "Water Roll," which offers the curious sensation of walking on water.

Give thanks for the autumn harvest by making your own "Moon-Viewing Dango," the round rice dumplings traditionally offered on the night of the harvest moon, then toast them over an open fire until fragrant. Knead shiratama flour and tofu together to shape dumplings as round as the full moon, then enjoy the golden, toasted dumplings drizzled with sweet mitarashi sauce.
