FLIPPER'S, a brunch café operated by BAYCREW'S Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masayoshi Komine), will open its 6th domestic location on the 2nd floor of DIGS, the company's new food destination building, on Tuesday, December 23.

The new Shinjuku store features larger, more spacious sofa seating and private rooms compared to existing locations, creating a relaxed atmosphere where guests can comfortably enjoy carefully crafted cuisine in an upscale setting.
Open from 9:00 AM, the café welcomes visitors throughout the day for morning, lunch, tea time, and dinner.
The private rooms are perfect for gatherings with friends, family meals, celebrations, anniversaries, or any occasion where you want to enjoy conversation without worrying about your surroundings.

Shinjuku Store Exclusive "Matcha Soufflé Pancakes" and Interactive "Matcha Latte"
Exclusive matcha menu items using Gion Tsujiri Uji matcha make their debut at the Shinjuku store. The "Matcha Soufflé Pancakes" feature layers of aromatic brûléed matcha custard cream with fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth soufflé pancakes, topped with a light cream combining mascarpone and matcha. Enjoy the crispy texture and two different types of matcha cream with distinct flavors.
The "Matcha Latte" offers an interactive experience where guests use a chasen (bamboo whisk) to whisk Uji matcha in a "river" pattern, then finish by pouring foamed milk. Enjoy the rich aroma that rises as the matcha gradually froths and the smooth, mellow mouthfeel.
