Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall Launches Summer Parfait All-You-Can-Eat Season 2, Featuring New Peach Parfaits

Lagoon (Restaurant & Cafe Lagoon), located on the first floor of Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, is hosting "Summer Parfait All-You-Can-Eat Season 2" from July 1 to August 31, 2026. Guests can enjoy an assortment of hotel-crafted parfaits along with additional seasonal sweets, all in unlimited quantities.

Five Summer Parfaits Plus Three Seasonal Sweets

Following the well-received Season 1, Season 2 introduces a refreshed lineup. Returning favorites include the "Hokkaido Soft Ice Cream and Mango Luxury Parfait," the "Matcha and Fresh Chocolate Parfait," and the "Salt Caramel Parfait." Joining them are two new additions exclusive to Season 2: the "Peach Brûlée Parfait" and the "Peach Yogurt Parfait." Guests can choose either full size or half size for each parfait.

In addition to the parfaits, three seasonal sweets are available: "Ramune Kuzu Ice," "Watermelon Bar," and "Chilled White Rice Cake in Sweet Azuki Soup" — all of which rotate from Season 1.

Peach Brûlée Parfait (Season 2 Exclusive)

Layers of peach panna cotta are topped with yellow peach, white peach, and fluffy whipped cream, with cornflakes for a crunchy accent. A finishing touch of brûléed custard cream highlights the rich peach flavor throughout.

Peach Yogurt Parfait (Season 2 Exclusive)

Built on a foundation of three-color peach jelly made with kanten (agar), this parfait layers yogurt, vanilla ice cream, and two varieties of peach. Each bite brings a cool, refreshing texture and a gentle spread of peach aroma.

Matcha and Fresh Chocolate Parfait

A guest favorite that pairs matcha kanten as a base with whipped cream, matcha panna cotta, and vanilla ice cream, finished with rich fresh chocolate on top.

Hokkaido Soft Ice Cream and Mango Luxury Parfait

A perennial hit, this parfait features premium soft-serve ice cream sourced directly from 北広牧場 in Shintoku-cho, Tokachi, Hokkaido. The rich, milky flavor of the soft-serve complements the sweetness of the mango beautifully.

Salt Caramel Parfait

Moist salt caramel cake and vanilla ice cream are drizzled with a generous pour of fragrant salt caramel sauce, delivering a thoroughly caramel-forward experience.

Three Seasonal Sweets (Season 2 Exclusive)

All three sweets are new to Season 2. The "Ramune Kuzu Ice" makes its debut in the parfait all-you-can-eat series, joined by the "Watermelon Bar" and "Chilled White Rice Cake in Sweet Azuki Soup," both of which were popular in last summer's event.
