A seasonal outdoor dining destination is coming to the hills of Fukuoka. THE GARDEN BRASSERIE at HILLTOP RESORT FUKUOKA will open for a limited time starting April 18, 2026 (Saturday). Reservations open from March 19, 2026 (Thursday).
Set atop a hill with sweeping views of the Fukuoka cityscape and surrounding greenery, the open-air terrace features a wooden deck where guests can dine with a sense of openness and freedom. Orange lanterns add a warm glow underfoot, and in the evenings the venue offers a dynamic view of the city lights below.
The space is split into two areas: a 2nd-floor rooftop terrace that puts guests closer to the sky in a spacious, luxurious yet stylish setting, and a 1st-floor garden lounge suited for families and groups looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. The venue accommodates up to 206 guests in total.
The menu features BBQ alongside a buffet of fusion cuisine that blends French cooking with Japanese, Asian, and Mediterranean influences. Dining is all-you-can-eat and drink, enjoyed with a breeze from the open-air setting.
During the day, the terrace is a bright and airy lunch spot. Come evening, it becomes a stylish beer terrace with views over Fukuoka's night skyline.
