New York-Style Sweets Buffet Coming to The Strings Hakata This Summer

This summer, The Strings Hakata's cafe lounge "Timenest" is presenting a "New York Style Sweets Buffet" for a limited period from Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, August 31, 2026. The event showcases craft sweets inspired by New York's latest dessert trends, reimagined by the venue's in-house pastry chef.

Buffet Highlights

1. NY Craft Sweets for Adults

The venue's pastry chef has interpreted the newest trends from New York with a refined sensibility, creating an elegant lineup of craft sweets that emphasizes layers of ingredients and flavors as much as visual appeal.

2. Two Signature Original Parfaits

The centrepiece of the event is a pair of limited-edition original parfaits, beautifully layered in glass. Each parfait harmonizes contrasting textures, temperatures, and aromas in the glass — photogenic and indulgent.

3. Cocktails and Mocktails to Complement the Sweets

Special original cocktails are available to pair with the sweets. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, a refined selection of mocktails is also offered.
