Harapecolab's New "Mineral Ice" Features Shimmering こうぶつヲカシ Fragments

Fukuoka-based メルティングポットハラペコラボ株式会社 (Harapecolab) has launched a new summer product called 鉱物アイス (Mineral Ice), which went on sale June 19, 2026, through the brand's official online store. The new line incorporates the colorful agar candy fragments produced during the cutting process of こうぶつヲカシ — Harapecolab's signature kohakuto crystal candy — into frozen desserts, giving each cup a gem-like sparkle.

The pre-sale run received orders for more than 100 sets ahead of launch.

Mineral Ice Varieties

The 鉱物アイス lineup consists of two flavors: Milk Ice and Lemon Sorbet. Both are available as a 4-piece set and a 6-piece set, and can be combined.

Mineral Ice — Milk Ice (鉱物アイス【ミルクアイス】)

This variety is made with Hokkaido cream blended with cream cheese, resulting in a rich, smooth flavor with a clean finish. Colorful こうぶつヲカシ fragments are folded into the mixture, adding both visual sparkle and the characteristic chewy agar texture. Product classification: Ice Milk

Mineral Ice — Lemon Sorbet (鉱物アイス【レモンシャーベット】)

The Lemon Sorbet uses freshly squeezed juice from specially cultivated lemons grown in Uki City, Kumamoto Prefecture. The intense tartness and refreshing finish are complemented by こうぶつヲカシ fragments in five Kyushu-inspired flavors: Okinawa brown sugar, Fukuoka amaou strawberry, Nagasaki Saikai mandarin orange, Miyazaki mango, and Oita kabosu. A separate Topping こうぶつヲカシ option is also available for purchase, allowing you to dress up the ice with additional crystal candy pieces. The set contains approximately two large kohakuto pieces and four smaller fragments — shapes vary with each order. The topping can also be floated in sparkling water, combined with fruit for a jewel-like parfait, or used to decorate home desserts and special-occasion presentations.
