Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo (Bunkyo, Tokyo) is launching "Twilight Bubble Terrace," a limited-time evening plan featuring free-flow champagne and seasonal hors d'oeuvres on the hotel's garden-facing terrace, available from May 1, 2026 (Friday) through October 31, 2026 (Saturday).

The plan offers two varieties of champagne and one rosé sparkling wine on a 90-minute free-flow basis, enjoyed on an open terrace surrounded by the hotel's lush garden. Guests can sip their drinks as daylight fades into evening, complemented by seasonal cuisine served on a three-tiered hors d'oeuvres stand and dessert.

Seasonal Menu That Changes Throughout the Year

The hors d'oeuvres menu changes with the seasons to reflect the best of each time of year. From May through the end of June, the menu highlights early summer flavors with dishes such as "Snow Crab and White Asparagus Purée" and "Sweetfish Millefeuille with Arugula Sauce." From July through mid-August, summer produce takes center stage, featuring items like "Roasted Eggplant and Anchovy Crostini" and "Seared Octopus with Fennel Confit," ensuring a fresh experience on each visit.

A non-alcoholic plan is also available for those who do not drink, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions—from anniversary dinners and get-togethers with friends to a relaxing wind-down after work.

Twilight Bubble Terrace 2026 Overview

Period: May 1, 2026 (Friday) – October 31, 2026 (Saturday) (Reservations required by 6:00 PM the previous day)

Hours: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM or 6:30 PM–8:30 PM

  • Free-flow for 90 minutes; table time is 120 minutes
  • Reservations may be canceled or the event suspended due to venue circumstances
