Dining Café Beltempo at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo, located in Iidabashi, will be serving an early summer afternoon tea set from May 1 (Friday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2026. The set features charming cherry desserts that capture the colors of early summer.
Every item on the menu is handmade in-house, crafted carefully by pastry chefs, boulangers, and chefs. The three-tier stand is filled with a variety of desserts including a glossy cherry mousse, a scone flavored with apricot, Earl Grey, and white chocolate, and a cream puff that harmonizes the richness of pistachio with the tartness of griotte cherry. An American cherry parfait inspired by the classic Forêt Noire (Black Forest cake) and savory items are also included, offering a pleasing balance of sweet and savory flavors.
The set also features a free-flow selection of approximately 20 beverages, including syphon-brewed coffee, aromatic herbal teas, and colorful mocktails. Guests can relax and enjoy the seasonal afternoon tea experience in the airy, open atmosphere of the dining space.
