Coffee House The Café, located on the 1st floor of Hotel New Grand's Main Building in Yokohama, will offer a limited-time seasonal parfait from April 1 (Wed) to May 15 (Fri), 2026. The "Kiyomi Orange Parfait" highlights the Kiyomi orange — a citrus fruit known for its rich sweetness and bright, refreshing aroma.
The parfait is topped with a smooth orange cream finished brûlée-style, lightly caramelized to a crisp. Inside the glass, layers of vanilla ice cream, fresh Kiyomi orange, black tea mousse, chocolate crumble, and Kiyomi orange jelly are stacked together. The evolving textures with each spoonful, the bright citrus acidity, and the subtle bitterness of the chocolate combine for a well-balanced seasonal treat.

Adult Kids' Lunch
Also on offer until April 28 (Tue), 2026 is the "Adult Kids' Lunch" — a limited-time nostalgia-inspired plate bringing together three of the hotel's most beloved Western dishes in one serving. The plate combines the Seafood Doria and Spaghetti Napolitan, both dishes that originated at Hotel New Grand, along with a Hamburg Steak served with the restaurant's time-honored demi-glace sauce. Priced at ¥6,000 (tax and service charge included).
An optional dessert upgrade is available: swap the included dessert for the Puri à la Mode (+¥1,265) or the seasonal Kiyomi Orange Parfait (+¥1,840).
