Hotel New Grand Launches New "Lemon Pie" Dessert at S.Weil Yokohama Takashimaya for Early Summer 2026

S.Weil by HOTEL NEW GRAND, the hotel-managed shop on the basement floor of Yokohama Takashimaya, is set to launch a new dessert, "Lemon Pie," from May 1 (Friday) through August 31 (Monday), 2026.

Beneath a pure-white topping made by blending yogurt and fresh cream, the dessert hides a generous layer of sweet-and-tangy lemon cream. The interplay of two contrasting flavours and the bright citrus aroma make it an ideal treat for the warming months ahead.
