Il Giardino Italian Restaurant at Hotel New Grand in Yokohama will be offering a limited-time dinner course titled "A Breeze of Summer Gourmet" from June 1 (Mon) to August 31 (Mon), 2026.
The course celebrates the flavors of summer with a carefully composed seasonal menu. It opens with a starter of moist prosciutto paired with Lodigiano cheese and fresh seasonal ingredients, followed by a cold cappellini with sea urchin and tomato, evoking the essence of Southern Italian cuisine. For the main dish, grilled domestic beef loin is served alongside summer vegetables and a bright verde sauce, finished with shavings of summer truffle. To close, a dessert of seasonal fruits takes center stage, accompanied by a light yogurt espuma and meringue in a macedoine.
