INTERSECT BY LEXUS - TOKYO (インターセクト バイ レクサス トーキョー), located in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, is refreshing its à la carte menu starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
INTERSECT BY LEXUS is a brand hub where visitors can experience the LEXUS-proposed lifestyle. Built around the theme of "a place where the city, people, and cars intersect," the venue aims to be a space where diverse influences — design, architecture, food, music, and more — come together to spark new connections and conversations.
Within that vision, the food program is guided by a concept of respecting the rich culinary cultures of Japan and the world. The newly refreshed à la carte menu centers on carefully selected seasonal ingredients from various regions, designed to bring out the best of each ingredient while reflecting the changing seasons.
Also launching on the same date is this year's edition of the popular limited-time shaved ice, a sophisticated summer dessert for adults that layers the fragrance of white peach, the tartness of apricot, and the bittersweet finish of espresso.

Kakigori: White Peach, Apricot, Espresso / ¥1,800
A special limited-time shaved ice featuring generous portions of fresh white peach.
Inside the softly shaved milk ice, white peach jelly and apricot are nestled, releasing a fruity sweetness and refreshing acidity with every bite. Smooth mascarpone chantilly gently envelops the ice, and the finishing touches — espresso granita and crepe flake — add a pleasant bitterness and nuttiness that bring out the sweet aroma of peach even more. Sweet, sour, and bitter in perfect balance: a one-of-a-kind summer treat.
