Isomaru Suisan, the seafood izakaya chain known for its live shellfish and tableside grilling, is introducing a new grand menu on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at all locations across Japan. Locations in Hokkaido, Ishikawa, Nagano, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Kagoshima prefectures will begin serving the updated menu from Tuesday, April 7.

It's also recommended to dip the toast in the popular Kani Miso Kabayaki (crab miso shell-grilled) for an extra savory punch.
